That’s Life from trio

ARBROATH is gearing up for a trip back in time for a classic night of swing music from the Rat Pack era.

Local singers Alan Mowatt, Doug Ford and Stuart Cargill will be performing for charity at the Meadowbank Inn on November 23, with tickets priced at £20.

As well as the classic songs from the days of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Junior, Arbroath comedian Frank Murray will be providing the laughs.

The Master of Ceremonies will be Matt Paterson.

The trio thought about the charity “That’s Life” concert after a chance meeting at the Webster Memorial Theatre.

The funds raised on the night from ticket sales and a raffle will be shared by Macmillan Cancer Support and the British Heart Foundation.

There will be a glass of champagne on arrival and the ticket price includes dinner.

Tickets are available from September 20 by calling Alan on 07710 427 005; Doug on 01241 879 383 or Stuart on 07780 824 156.
