MIKE McEwan is organising another Scottish concert in aid of Forfar Athletic Football Club.

It will take place in the Reid Hall, Forfar, on Sunday, March 18 from 7.15 pm.

Artistes apppearing include Wayne Robertson and Claire Telford from Perth, the excellent husband and wife duo on accordion and fiddle. Making a welcome return will be the very popular Steven Carcary, who will be accompanied by the show’s resident drummer from Arbroath, Malcolm Ross.

Back by popular request will be moothie player Bryce Johnstone, who will be accompanied on keyboard by Bill Ewan.

Making their first appearance on the show will be pupils of the Gordon School of Dancing, who breathe new life into traditional Scottish dancing while remaining true to a long and well-respected tradition. They have performed in many countries, have been awarded Angus Ambassadors awards on three occasions and have also performed for members of the royal family.

Compere for the evening will be Eddie Rose, who will bring his own form of comedy and song.

Tickets for the show are priced £12 for the balcony and £10 for the downstairs area.

They are available from The Toy Castle, Castle Street, Forfar, or from Mike McEwan on 01307 818765.
