Bryan to rock the north-east

CANADIAN rock singer-songwriter Bryan Adams has announced his new tour to coincide with the 20th Anniversary of his ‘Waking up the Neighbours’ album.

It will include at night at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre’s (AECC) Press and Journal Arena on Saturday, November 26 2011.

The iconic music of Bryan Adams has spanned over three decades and he continues to reach music lovers of all ages.

His album ‘Reckless’ is regarded as one of the ultimate albums of the 80’s and sold a phenomenal four million copies in 1987.

In 1991 Bryan released his ‘Waking up the neighbours’ album selling 16 million copies world wide. It included the much loved and world class hit ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’ which was number one in the British charts for 16 weeks.

Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s Managing Director said: It is great news that Bryan Adams is returning to AECC. When he was last here in 2004, fans enjoyed a great night. We know he will put on a fantastic show and expect there to be high demand for tickets.”
