Wifies what write

Brechin Library will play host to a Scottish woman author as part of a programme of talks entitles “Wifies What Write”.

Seven much admired Scottish women authors have agreed to share the secret of their writing with their readers in Angus taking place in each of the burgh libraries.

Maureen Reynolds is coming to Arbroath Library on Saturday, September 10 at 2v pm.

Alex Gray Will attend Carnoustie library on Thursday, September 15 at 7 pm.

Brechin library welcome Aline Templeton creator of DI Marjory Fleming on Tuesday, September 20 at 6.30 pm.

Meg Henderson, an author and journalist, will be at Montrose library on Tuesday, October 18 at 7 pm.

Author Maggie Craig is visiting Forfar Library on Tuesday, October 18 at 2.30 pm.

Finally, Monifieth Library is playing host to crime writer Karen Campbell, on Thursday, October 27 at 7 pm.

All sessions are £2 and tickets are available at any Angus library.

Sessions have been funded with help from the Scottish Book Trust Live literature scheme.
