BRECHIN Townhouse Museum is hosting a display showcasing over 130 years of the history of Brechin Angling Club.
Reels and rods, tied flies and trophies will be on show along with extracts from the original minute books. The club was formed in 1875, with the annual subscription being two shillings.
Members of Brechin Angling Club be giving a talk, which will also include a question and answer session, in the Museum on Tuesday, March 26 at 2 p.m. Admission is free.
Brechin Town House Museum is open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. till March 31 after which opening hours will change to Tuesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
