suffer defeat
THE leading sides in the Forfar Domino A League suffered defeat last week.
The West End Bar and Cricket Club remain locked together on 20 points after both went down heavily in their bids to win the title.
In the B League, the Queen Street A have been overtaken at the top of the table by the Plough B, with the Plough A remaining in with a shout of honours
Last week’s results were as follows:-
A League - Commercial 10, Cricket Club 6; Strathmore C 10, Legion 6; West End Social Club A 11, West End Bar 5; Queen Street B 6, Strathmore B 10.
B League - Thistle Bar 7, Victoria B 9; Bar Central 11, Plough A 5; Plough B 10, Queen Street A 6; Vine & Monkey 9, Masons 7.
FDLTA Cup first round first leg - Victoria A 14, West End Social Club B 2.
