INTERNATIONAL MATCH SWITCH TO MONTROSE

FOLLOWING another night of severe frost, the international match between Scotland Schoolboys Under-18s and their Northern Ireland counterparts has been switched.

The game was due to be played at Station Park, Forfar, on Friday evening, with a 7 pm kick-off, but the game has been switched to the all-weather surface at nearby Montrose.

A spokesperson said that the Station Park surface was still "rock solid" on Wednesday morning.

The club advised the Scottish Schools FA of the situation and it has been agreed by all parties to switch the game to Links Park, Montrose.
