CUP PROGRESS FOR SUNDAY AMATEUR SIDES

STRATHMORE, Craw's Nest and Dalhousie all cruised through to the third round of the Forfar and District Sunday Amateur League's Forfar Roof Truss Trophy at the weekend.

Dalhousie hit Thrums Hotel for nine, while Strathmore were six hits against Finavon and Craw's nest went nap at home to AS Tutties.

Results were as follows:-

Forfar Roof Truss Trophy second round - Craw's Nest 5, AS Tutties 1; Strathmore 6, Finavon 0;Thrums Hotel 2, Dalhousie 9.

League - Abbey Athletic 5 AFC Plough 1; Millgate Bar 0 Letham Hotel 4.

League - Abbey Athletic v Strathmore (W. Ferguson, Victoria Park); AFC Plough v Kirrie Thistle Social Club (A. Kennedy, Lunanhead); Dalhousie Hotel v Millgate (A.
