Forfar Athletic went five points clear at the top of League Two after they won 2-1 at Annan Athletic.
Andy Munro and Lewis Milne were the goalscorers as the Loons made it a perfect five wins out of five in the league so far.
It was a swashbuckling affair that swung back and forth between the two teams and it’s one Gary Bollan will have been delighted to win in the end.
The hosts began the game on top and in the opening minutes went close through Cuddihy and McKenna.
The Galabankies were in front on 20 minutes from the penalty spot - Stuart Malcolm fouled David McKenna and Max Wright was more than happy to step up and convert the spot kick.
Darren Ramsay volleyed wide of the mark shortly after before Wright lifted an effort over the bar.
Forfar came back into the game before the break though and Annan somehow managed to withstand some fierce pressure.
And Bollan sent his troops out for the second half all fired up and they were on the attack right from the get-go.
Jamie Bain was inches away from equalising when he fired a shot from the edge of the box before Milne rattled the crossbar on 57 minutes.
Munro drilled a header home from Milne’s corner right on the hour mark and it was no less than the visitors deserved.
Ramsay forced a top save out of Grant Adam before David Cox went close at the other end.
Cuddihy then put the ball past the post when one-on-one with Adam and five minutes later it was all over, Forfar sealing the win when Milne slotted home from Michael Kennedy’s magnificent left wing cross.
The Loons will welcome Stirling Albion to Station Park this weekend as they look to continue their stunning run of form.
The Binos were held to a 1-1 draw with 10th-placed Edinburgh City on Saturday past and they’ll be eager to get back to winning ways against Forfar.
