Lowson played midweek at Arbroath and won with six goals that should have been more.

Cammy Howie had an early chance with the ‘keeper saving well. Shaun Ritchie hit a shot over the bar.

Lowson went ahead with Howie scoring from a penalty with a Portcullis player sent off for handball.

Howie scored a second when he headed home a Thompson cross; then Calum Howie set up Ritchie to 
score. Portcullis had two more players sent off before half-time.

In the second half Lowson ‘keeper Milne had little to do. Suttie and Farquharson came on as subs and Calum Howie got a deserved goal for his hard work.

Scott Nicoll went on a good run into the box and his cross was deflected by a defender past the ‘keeper.

Two Lowson long-serving players, Ryan Todd and Neill Robbie, made their first appearances of the season for the last 20 minutes.

A Todd pass found Howie who passed for Ritchie to score his second and his side’s sixth.

Morgan shocked Lowson when they scored twice in the first 10 minutes.

Lowson settled and forced good saves from the home ‘keeper.

Nisbet headed home for a good goal. Ritchie could have scored three but his efforts went wide.

Thompson made another goal with Howie putting the ball in the net.

Morgan were pressed back and had to defend with Lowson starting good attacking play with crosses into the box.

The manager brought on Danny Smith and Grant Farquharson to try for the winner.

Lowson had three good efforts with Suttie and Smith (twice) just off target.

With time running out Duncan was the match winner in the last minute when he got a touch to a great cross from Farquharson for a deserved winner, to go top of the league.
