International football at Station Park

Admission prices have been set for the Scotland Schoolboys Under-18 Centenary Shield international fixture against their Welsh Counterparts at Station Park in Forfar on Thursday, March 15.

The cost of admission is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions, with the game kicking off at 7 pm.

Forfar Athletic officials are hopeful that the local public will turn out in reasonable numbers to support the home side as it will be the first time that a Scottish national side will have played at Station Park.

Two years back the club was due to host a game against Northern Ireland but sadly the weather intervened and at 24 hours notice the fixture had to be switched to Links Park, Montrose, where, despite the short notice, a crowd in excess of 500 turned up to watch an entertaining tussle.
