Lowson Utd ........................3
Dundee East .......................3
Lowson should have had this game won by half time with some poor attempts to score and three bad mistakes resulting in three goals against.
Lowson started on top with a Massie pass sending Crichton clear but he was adjudged to be offside then a Cammy Howie header going wide. With Lowson creating all the chances East scored on 15 minutes with a forward beating three defenders to score.
Duncan should have done better but he sent his header wide. East scored a second after another defensive error on 25 minutes.
Crichton got Lowson back into the game with a fantastic strike into the top corner after 30 minutes.
A snap shot by Massie was saved by the East keeper just on half time to send the Dundee team in at half time 2-1 up.
With the home team on top they created a few more chances but against the run of play, and after another bad defensive mistake, Dundee East scored a third.
With four subs introduced Lowson were playing some very good football that produced a goal with Cammy Howie heading home a Suttie cross. With Lowson pushing forward they got a deserved equaliser through Godfrey with a great strike.
Cammy Howie had two great efforts that hit the bar. With the keeper beaten and in the last minute Callum Howie had a great chance to win the game going on a great run, beating three defenders, but his effort was blocked by the keeper’s legs and cleared.
The Lowson manager could not fault the players for effort but they should have won with goals to spare with the Dundee East keeper producing some fine saves during the match.
