Pupils at Langlands Primary School had an added incentive for their annual sports day last Thursday when they were presented with a new house shield by Forfar Community Council.
Chairman Mrs Isobel Ross popped along to Strathmore Park to present the shield - the third presented to Forfar's new primary schools after Strathmore and Whitehills received theirs last year.
