A bid to purchase a specialised wheelchair for a local youngster who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy received a four figure boost recently.
Gill Ramsay and Morag Robertson, body pump, body attack and body combat instructors at the Lochside Leisure Centre, organised a night out which raised £1032 which was presented to the Ethan Galloway Trust Fund.

The evening also featured a silent auction and raffle, with a number of local shops donating items.

The money will go towards the purchase of a specialised wheelchair for two-year-old Ethan, pictured with mum Jill Galloway, accepting the cheque from Gill Ramsay (left) and Morag Robertson.
