Emergency Services were called to the A90 at Forfar at around 12.18 pm this afternoon after a southbound articulated lorry collided with a stationary Nissan Primera car that had broken down.
The Nissan Primera then collided with a southbound Peugeot 306 car.
Thankfully the woman driving the Nissan Primera had already exited from her vehicle and was standing a safe distance away when the collision took place.
No one was injured in the incident.
The road was closed for two hours whilst the vehicles and debris were removed from the carriageway. Diversions through Forfar were put in place.
