And Gary Adams, Jimmy Culley, Joe Murray and Sean McCartney are absolutely delighted with the response they have had so far.

Gary said: “The original idea was for us all to do a marathon but we’re not exactly in a fit state to do that!

“So we decided to take part in Movember instead.”

Jimmy added: “This is the first year doing Movember for all of us and it’s going well so far.

“We have been raising money here in the shop and word of mouth is spreading on Facebook through friends and family as well.2

If you want to help ‘The Butcher Boyz’ with their fund-raising efforts just pop into the shop where they have collecting boxes set out on the counters.

Every November, men all over the country raise funds to help fight against testicular and prostate cancer and mental illness.

By growing moustaches in November thousands of pounds worth of sponsorship is raised each year.
