Webster’s High School’s annual Talent Show went down a hit with the Scooby Doo theme.

The brilliant script for in-between acts was written by Rowan Wishart who got the story line spot on and even managed to incorporate a surprise guest appearance from the previous rector, Mr Summers. The Scooby Doo cast were Beth Shillitto, Alexander Paterson, Airlie McIntyre, Amber Grunenberg and Glen Barclay.

The guest judges decided that, due to the high level of talent from all of the acts that they couldn’t place only one person in third place so all of the acts, bar first and second, were tied third. Runner up was Duncan Boath with his rendition of Love Yourself by Justin Bieber and the winner was Tyler Ness’s performance of Hello by Adele took first place. A school spokesperson: “A huge well done to everyone that participated and who contributed to making it such a great performance.”
