Pupils’ support for national charity

The pupils of Langlands Primary School have shown their support of a national charity, the Scoliosis Association UK, by donating 204.40. The money was raised through a "back to front day" at the school. Scoliosis Association UK trustee and regional secretary, Pierre Bernard, popped along to the school, where he and daughter Courtney (12), a pupil at Langlands accepted the cheque from Leah Garner, Shannon Torrie and Mikaela Taylor. 'I would like to thank the school for the fantastic sum raised and also the support that the school has given Courtney since she was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of eight'.(Picture by photosonlocation.co.uk).
