This Saturday as part of the Tartan festivities stall-holders from the Angus Farmers’ Market will be looking out their tartan to decorate their stalls and give the market a real Scottish flavour.
There is a great opportunity for budding cooks and chefs as resident chef Hayley will launch her ‘bite sized’ cooking master classes for adults of all levels of cooking experience and ability.
Each class will last 30 minutes to one hour and will be on a first come first served basis.
The class will give participants hands-on experience and cooking tips and will start around 10 a.m. The popular children’s cookery club will be at the regular time of 11 a.m. You can visit the market website for details on www.angusfarmersmarket.co.uk
The Angus Farmers’ Market can be found in the High Street, Montrose on the first Saturday of the month and indoors at the Strathmore Hall, John Street, Forfar on the second Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
