Man dies following traffic incident on A90

Police Scotland have confirmed a 29 year-old man has died following a one vehicle road traffic incident on the A90 southbound near to Brechin this morning.

Emergency services were called to the area at 6.25 a.m. following reports that a lorry had overturned.

The deceased will not be named until next of kin have been informed and formal identification has taken place.

The southbound carriageway is currently closed and diversions are in place.
