Young people sought for media initiative

Based in Forfar, Young Scot (Angus) and Angus Youth Action are looking to bring together a dynamic team of 14-25 year olds who would be interested in developing skills and experience in journalism, media and the creative world.

This would include establishing a team of editors, journalists, web and social media designers, press and marketing teams plus much more.

Are you between 14 and 25 years old, motivated and passionate about trying new things?

You maybe have skills you can share with others whilst willing to embark on some new experiences along the way.

“This is a voluntary experience but we will pay travel expenses, offer training, accreditation and of course a unique experience whilst gaining skills – which is priceless,” explains a spokesperson for the project.

If you are interested in getting involved e-mail aya@angus.gov.uk and you will be sent an application form. The deadline for the submission of application forms is March 22.
