Do you think something should be done to improve the facilities at the Reid Park?
I would have thought so. The park seemed alright a few years ago. It would be good if there was some wooden play things for the kids.

Yes, I remember the paddling pool and the putting green. I used to walk in the Reid Park and I can remember a lot of brides used to go there to have their wedding photographs taken.

Yes definitely. What use is a bandstand? That's in the old world. Nowadays we need stuff for kids. We tell them - don't do this, don't do that, keep off the grass! They need somewhere to go and things to do. We need to make the whole use of parks to give kids somewhere to go as there is not a lot for them at all.
