New venture
Students at Angus College are looking forward to an exciting new facility as work began recently on the construction of a College shop.
All aspects of the shop will be a cross-college effort, with students from all departments doing their bit. Intro level and first year apprentice joiners have taken responsibility for the design and are currently in process of building the structure.
Once completed Painting and Decorating students will then decorate the space whilst Art and Design students create a brand and logo for the shop.
The shop will be run by student volunteers who will gain essential communications and numeracy skills through undertaking real life retail experience within the shop.
