KIRRIE ROTARY BACKS STEVE'S CHARITY EFFORT

THE Rotary Club of Kirriemuir has sponsored Letham man Steve Mitchell in his efforts to raise as much money as he can in aid of Erskine - the Scottish charity which cares for and helps rehabilitate former members of our armed forces.

Steve is part of a 14 member, Scotland wide team of people who are all self-funding an expedition in August to climb 19,341 ft high Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania by its most challenging north route, attempted by only a few people each year.

Since team members are self-funding the expedition, all money raised will be going directly to Erskine.

The club wishes Steve and other team members well with their fund raising efforts in aid of this most worthy cause, and with their exciting but strenuous expedition.
