Housebreakings: Advice is to remain vigilant

Police in Forfar are asking the assistance of the public in relation to a number of commercial housebreakings recently.

Members of the public are asked to contact the Police if they see any suspicious activity in the vicinity of commercial properties, for example security lights activated at times when they would not normally be activated.

Police have being carrying out additional foot patrols in vulnerable areas. Although there have been no additional crimes recently Police are asking that the public remain vigilant to this type of crime.
