Arthritis festive quiz night

A FESTIVE themed evening with a quiz and free arthritis information will take place this evening (Wednesday, November 7) in Forfar.

Angus Arthritis Forum will be holding a free information evening, which will have a festive theme, at the Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre at Whitehill. It will run from 6.30 until 8.30 p.m.

The Christmas party and quiz night, which aims to be fun and educational, will be held in the Lintrathen Room at the centre.

During the course of the evening there will be plenty of opportunities for people attending to ask questions relating to arthritis and its management and also take part in the fun and festive themed quiz.

The aim of this evening is to help people who are living with arthritis to live well by providing information that is up to date as well as providing the opportunity for people to share their experiences with arthritis in both a friendly and relaxed environment.

Rhona Guild, Primary Care Manager at the Angus Community Health Partnership, said: “With Christmas just around the corner the evening will be light hearted with a festive theme but also educational too.

“It will be a great opportunity for people to come along and find out more about arthritis and also find out what they can do to live better.”

If you or a member of your family is living with arthritis and would like to know more information about it then feel free to come along to Whitehills and join in the fun.

For more information about the event please call Rhona Guild on 01307 474889 or email rhona.guild@nhs.net
