Join Fagin’s orphan gang!

Members of Kirriemuir Amateur Operatic Society (KAOS) are looking for children from primary six upwards to play the parts of Fagin’s orphan gang in the planned 2012 production of Oliver.

There are also solo roles as Oliver, The Artful Dodger, Charlotte Sowereberry (undertaker’s daughter), Noah (Mr Sowerberry’s assistant) and Bette (Nancy’s friend) to be applied for.

“If you enjoy singing and acting and would like to be on stage pop along and get involved,” explains a KAOS spokesperson.

“Being part of a musical society allows you to learn stage skills as well have great fun. The production team would prefer Oliver and the orphans to be less than 5’2” in height.”
