Adults living with chronic pain are invited to come along to a free monthly group which is starting in Forfar. The topic for the first meeting will be ‘Understanding Chronic Pain’.
Organised and led by Pain Association Scotland in partnership with Angus Community Health Partnership, the group provides access to education and peer support and aims to help people living with chronic pain feel in control of their condition.
The Forfar group follows the successful Angus group which meets monthly in Arbroath. The first meeting will be on Monday, October 20 from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. in the Lintrathen Room at Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre. Anyone interested attending should call 0800 783 6059 in advance.
