PEOPLE in Angus are being asked to get together and have ‘A Really Good Night In’ to help people with cancer.
Macmillan wants people to have a night in on Friday, April 26, to ensure no one goes through cancer alone.
Hosting ‘A Really Good Night In’ and raising money will help Macmillan to provide medical, practical, financial and emotional support to everyone with cancer.
Shirlie Geddes, the fund-raising manager, said: “‘A Really Good Night In’ is the perfect excuse for a catch up with your nearest and dearest. It’s easy to take part and help raise money – just sign up today, get a gang together, ask for a donation and have fun! You could host a film night, organise a pamper party, get crafty and swap skills or simply invite friends round for drinks and nibbles. It’s a great way to raise money for Macmillan and make sure no one in Angus and Tayside goes through cancer alone.”
