Montrose Coastguard and Lifeboat attended to a vessel on Saturday which had lost power and run aground.
At around 2pm on Saturday Montrose coastguard were paged to the vessel which had lost power at Montrose Harbour entrance.
On arrival at the scene with RNLI Montrose they found the vessel had been pushed ashore due to the tide.
All persons on board were safe and well. The vessel was made secure and team and crew were stood down.
At midnight Montrose Coastguard returned to provide safety cover for the owners as they attempted to refloat the vessel. Due to engine issues this was not possible and the Coastguard team was stood down at 2.30am.
