Members of the Angus communities are reminded that the current exhibition at Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre in Forfar is due to end next week.
The centre has been showcasing 31 art pieces by 12 artists from ART 309 over the festive period featuring water colours and oil paintings of landscapes and delicate still life images.
ART 309 is made up of artists mainly based in Tayside and has members from Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross and Fife. The group met when they were all studying Fine Art at Dundee College.
A new exhibition by Cloth-Paper-Stitch will open at Whitehills next week. Cloth-Paper-Stitch is a group of three ladies who came together through a shared interest in textile art and embroidery. Deirdre Gittins, Nancy Poole and Margaret Stanford have worked as a collective for three years.
Exhibitions at the centre are changed regularly every eight weeks with exhibitors donating 20% commission on all sales to the Whitehills Arts & Environment Fund.
