Witness appeal after dog attack on Kirrie toddler

Police are appealing for witnesses after a toddler in Kirriemuir was bitten by a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

The incident happened at around 1 p.m. on Wednesday (November 5) in Glamis Road and the 23-month-old boy was rushed to Ninewells Hospital where he was treated for facial injuries.

Officers are now keen to trace a woman who is understood to be in her 20s with light brown/blonde hair and at the time was wearing a red top.
