Christmas fair at Tannadice school

the Tannadice Parent Staff Association has organised a major fund-raiser which will take place next month to raise school funds.

Members have organised a school fair which will take place on the evening of November 18 in the school.

The event will run from 6 to 8 pm and there are 25 stalls lined up which will help customers stock up on Christmas presents.

Among the stall-holders will be Krafty Koulas from Arbroath who make hand-made hair bows and hair bands, among other things, The Candy Cane Company from Dundee, Because of Birds and Eeksie Peeksie Ceramics will also have stalls.

Sanpado florists from Brechin will be taking orders for Christmas wreaths, and Old Stable Photography will be setting up a winter scene for family portraits at a special rate. There will also be a very special visitor for the children as Santa will be on hand to gather in letters in time for Christmas Eve!

The association will be running a tombola stall and lucky dip and there will also be school calendars and each child’s personalised Christmas cards for sale.

The fair will raise funds for the school to help with equipment, trips away and specialist activities.

The admission charge is £2 which includes refreshments (children free).
