A Forfar jeweller has been crowned Jeweller of the Year at the Scottish Wedding Awards 2017.
Over 600 guests attend the awards, held at Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza hotel on Monday, February 27, at which Zoe Hunter (nee Duthie) of Z. D. Jewellery Design picked up the top award.
The awards were split into local regions to ensure businesses from across Scotland are recognised for their hard work.
Irfan Younis, CEO of organizers Creative Oceanic, said: “We are honoured and delighted to have such great finalists and winners representing the Scottish wedding industry and enhancing its reputation nationally and internationally.
“This was the fifth annual Scottish Wedding Awards. They are a true reflection of the talent in Scotland and we want to make sure that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
“We were very happy to welcome the guests and celebrate with them. Congratulations to all finalists and winners.”
In addition, the awards supported the Well Foundation and the charity raised over £1000.

Romantic Venue of the Year - Inglewood House and Spa (Alloa).
Local Wedding Exhibition of the Year - Scotland’s Exclusive Wedding Event (Glasgow).
Jewellers of the Year - Z.D Jewellery Design (Forfar).
Videographer of the Year - OneFourThree Media (Edinburgh).
Wedding Planner of the Year - Laurel Tree Events (Perth).
Groomswear Supplier of the Year - Walker Slater (Edinburgh).
