Beetle cheques

BEETLE CHEQUES: As part of the girls Service Award, the 2nd Forfar Girls' Brigade held a beetle drive in the Lowson Church Hall, Forfar, to which family and friends were invited. �They brought along items for a bring and buy stall and enjoyed the beetle drive, raising �120 for charity. �Pictured at the presentation are:- Gillian Davidson (accompanied by Faldo) accepting a cheque for the Guide Dogs for the Blind presented by Ellie Hume. �Accepting a cheque from Iona Henderson on behalf of World Vision is Mrs Linda Gray, church elder. �Mr Bill McDonald, also a church elder, accepting a cheque from Courtney Bayne for L.I.F.E ( Lowson Improvement Fund Effort).
