Annual May fayre moves to Inverarity

The annual May Fayre organised by Glamis, Inverarity and Kinnettles Church takes places this year on Saturday, May 25, from 2 p.m.

The event will be held at Inverarity, beside the church and community hall.

The official opening will be carried out by Mr Lionel Steuart Fothringham of Fothringham Hill House, Inverarity.

The usual stalls will be in place and teas will be served in the hall.

In addition there will be ice cream, a barbecue, children’s games, a duck race and, creating a bit of a convivial atmosphere, the ever popular Sandra Wright Dances and Brechin City Instrumental Band.

Entry is by donation. Given the unsettled weather, the organisers are praying that it will indeed be fair for the fayre.
