TRIBUTES and messages of condolence have been flooding in following the death of a much-loved Forfar dog.
Giggsy, owned by Forfar Athletic groundsman and kit man Martin Gray, was sadly put to sleep last Friday at the age of 15.
Giggsy was a familiar face to many at the club including players, staff and supporters and she will be greatly missed.
Martin has received many messages of support since Friday with the club also dedicating their 4-0 win against Stenhousemuir on Saturday to Giggsy.
Martin’s partner Anna said: “Giggsy was synonymous with Station Park and so many players, managers and staff have known her over the past 15 years. Everybody knew her and saw her out and about with Martin.
“She had a great life and was healthy and active, and she met so many people through Forfar Athletic.”
Martin, Anna, Martin’s sister Sharon and his son Liam were all with Giggsy when she passed away.
