POLICE PROBE THEFT OF FISHING EQUIPMENT

POLICE are carrying out enquiries after £800 worth of fishing equipment was stolen during a break-in to a garden shed in Kirriemuir's Lindsay Street overnight Monday into Tuesday.
The rear garden shed was targeted some time between 10.45 pm on Monday and 11.30 pm on Tuesday morning.

A green fishing rucksack was taken, which contained various reels and a large number of flies and lures.

Anyone with information that could lead to their recovery should call Tayside Police on 0300 111 2222, or speak to any officer.
