POLICE PROBE MACHINERY THEFT FROM CRAICHIE MILL
POLICE are investigating the theft of old farm machinery and scrap metal worth about £500 from Craichie Mill, on the outskirts of Forfar at the weekend.
The theft happened sometime between midnight on Friday and 10.30 am on Monday.
Included in the haul was a pallet fork, grain bucket and set of grain harrows as well as guttering.
Given the size and weight off the property a fairly substantial vehicle would have been needed to cart it away.
If you were in the area and saw anything that could help enquiries, call Tayside Police on 0845 600 5705.
