POLICE APPEAL AFTER KIRRIE QUARRY THEFT

POLICE in Forfar are appealing for information after an office and an outbuilding at Powmyre Quarry were broken in to and property stolen at the end of last week.
The break-in happened sometime between 6 pm on Thursday, September 18 and 6 am on Friday, September19, at the premises of Bardon Aggregates, which is situated on an unclassified road at the quarry at Roundyhill.

Amongst the items stolen during the raid were two Toshiba lap top computers, three Motorola two-way radios, a camera, other computer hardware.
