TICKETS have gone on sale for what can only be described as "the best show in town", courtesy of Tracy Douglas and a hard working team of staff from the Ogilvy Bar in Kirriemuir.
Tracy has called on the musical skills of her son Daniel who has been busy rehearsing the line-up of dancers who will perform the show-stopping "Rhythm of the Night" in Buddie's Night Club.

The show will run for two nights only - on August 1 and
2 - and all proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

The staff at the Ogilvy Bar are well known for their fund-raising ventures - but this is by far their biggest event to date.

Daniel, who is about to study musical theatre at the Adam Smith College in Kirkcaldy, has chosen the musical numbers and has choreographed all the routines.

They include hit numbers from shows including "We Will Rock You", "Grease", "Mamma Mia!"," Hairspray", "Chicago" and "Moulin Rouge".

Tracy, who will step out as Mama Morton in a scene from Chicago, has also been busy making 48 costumes.

She said: "We are pulling out all the stops for this show. The night club has been repainted, we had special programmes and posters made and have put a lot of work into rehearsals. It's also been a lot of fun!"
Tickets priced £4 are available from the Ogilvy Bar or from Tracy on 07843 674 146.

Tickets are limited to 120 per night and are already selling fast.
The evening is for over 18s only.
