Women on art exhibition

A GROUP of four female artists from across Angus are showcasing their talents at an art exhibition in Brechin’s Townhouse Museum entitled “Women on Art”.

The exhibition, which started on Monday and will run until December 11, will showcase contemporary art from local artists, Mary Ellen Spence, originally from Boston, America but now living in Edzell, Elizabeth Watson from Glamis, Ann Robertson from Brechin and Jackie Gardiner from Arbroath. On display at the exhibition will be a number of contemporary paintings and photographs and some ceramics, all of which will be available for purchase during the event and available for collection once the exhibition has closed.
