AN evening of entertainment designed to hit all the right notes is on offer when not one but three internationally-renowned guitarists take the stage at the Gardyne Theatre on Saturday, March 10.

Acoustic guitar fans will not only have the chance to hear Adrian Legg, Lulo Reinhardt and Brian Gore, but the opportunity to play along with them.

The International Guitar Night sees three of the biggest names in guitar offer an evening’s entertainment, and the opportunity of an afternoon masterclass to limited numbers.

Voted has having the best acoustic fingerstyle by readers of Guitar Player four years in a row, Legg plays custom guitars which offer a unique mix of electric and acoustic sounds and his peerless ability matches the unique sounds.

Guitar playing would have to be at the core of anyone with the name, Reinhardt, and is certainly at the heart of Lulo’s being.

While the grand-nephew of the gypsy-jazz master guitarist, Django, shares the same legendary surname, Lulo has his very own style which, while delivering a nod to his gypsy roots, also incorporates flamenco, Latin, and Brazilian jazz.

Brian Gore has been described as an evocative guitar poet with his own unique and highly expressive style.

A founder member of the International Guitar Night, Brian’s songs merge the magic of jazz, folk and classical to produce a melodic melange, music that is fully formed and as individual as its creator.

Tickets: concert, £12 from Dundee City Square box office, call 01382 434940 or visit www.dundeebox.co.uk

The master class (unsuitable for beginners) takes place at 2pm and is limited to 30 people; tickets only at the box office by calling 01382 434940.
