Free workshops and seminars

THE Screen Office for the Councils of Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth and Kinross reaches its 10th birthday this year and to celebrate a host of free workshops and seminars are planned.

The first TayScreen event is a workshop hosted by international award-winning adventure cameraman Keith Partridge who has worked on some of the most spectacular adventure documentaries and films to hit our screens in recent years. They include the BBC Series Human Planet; Channel 4’s award-winning Beckoning Silence - the story of the Kurz tragedy on the north face of the Eiger; Life in the Canopy, filmed in the rainforests of Gabon, and Touching the Void, which won a BAFTA in 2004. It takes place on Wednesday, January 25 at 10.30 am at the DCA. To register email anna@tayscreen.com
