Concert is a success

THE concert staged by Angus Strathspey and Reel Society in St. Andrew’s Church, Kirriemuir, on Saturday evening was well attended.

Frank Robb was orchestra conductor, with Ralph Neave as accompanist, the event also featuring guests Davina Farquharson, Lynne Pattullo, Bill McDonald, Allan Thomson and Sandy Ingram (compere)

Refreshments of home made dumpling and shortbread were served by members of the church social committee.

Church funds benefited to the tune of £330.
