At your service

AT YOUR SERVICE: The ladies of Brechin Inner Wheel decided that the recipients of this year's Inner Wheel Day of Service would be the three Angus groups of Contact the Elderly in Brechin, Montrose and Forfar/Kirriemuir. A delicious afternoon tea was provided by the ladies in Brechin Baptist Church hall and musical entertainment was provided by a group of friends from Brechin High School along with Megan Ryan, Megan's Dad and organized by Ian Kinnear.
Contact the Elderly takes over 75s who don't have many relatives or visitors for afteroon tea on one Sunday a month. It is hoped to start groups in Arbroath and Monifieth/Carnoustie and Jean Malcolm would be delighted to hear from anyone who is interested in being a volunteer driver or host. A few more drivers are also needed in the Kirriemuir area. For more information please either email info@contact-the-elderly.org.uk or 'phone Jean Malcolm on 01356 660238.
